About Noah
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I help people remember who they are and why they’re here.
That might look like:
Coming back into your body after years of disconnection.
Learning how to feel your emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
Finally laying down burdens you were never meant to carry.
I am a facilitator of healing for individuals and groups.
By healing, I mean becoming more whole.
By healing, I mean reclaiming your voice, your vitality, your place in the world.
By healing, I mean remembering how to love and be loved—fully, freely, and without shame.
I work with people in seasons of transition, grief, burnout, and reawakening.
I support men ready to thaw the frozen places and become the fathers, sons, and partners they long to be.
I support women who are exhausted from doing it all and need permission to rest, replenish, and renegotiate what they carry.
I draw from a wide toolkit—acupuncture, herbal medicine, coaching, ritual, and shamanic practices—to help people reconnect to life force and move toward what truly matters.
Ultimately, the medicine I offer is Love.
Love that listens.
Love that strengthens.
Love that restores.
Love that reminds you: you belong here. And your life is sacred.
If this resonates, let’s talk. I offer free 30-minute initial consultation to help you feel into whether this work is right for you..
My Background, Training, and Philosophy
I received my Bachelors in Biology with a specialization in Ecology and Conservation from Boston University. At this point that was a long time ago, but foundation in sciences was crucial for my understanding of the human body as well as the world we live in. My acupuncture studies started in New York City at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, but brought me to the Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO to complete my Masters. A few years later I returned to Pacific College to earn a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine - I wanted to deepen and expand my understanding of this medicine to the highest degree. Of course learning never ends and I’ve continued to be engaged in studies both formally and informally - studying the teachings of Lonny Jarret, Thea Elijah and Jeffery Yuen.
My journey into medicine follows in the footsteps of my parents (both nurses) and grandfather (a doctor). However, I went into a holistic and integrative form of healthcare because it resonated more than the traditional Western medical system. After studying the science of Life in college, I was actually considering becoming a Rabbi working in the field of the Wisdom of Life. It was in a year of seminary that I met an acupuncturist who introduced me to a modality that bridges these worlds. My hope was and always has been to bring more wholeness and integrity into the world and to offer a place of refuge from the deluge of life where people can become more resourced. And ultimately, my intention is to reduce suffering - this includes alleviation of pain and other symptoms of disharmony, but it also includes equipping people with new perspectives and more access to internal resources. In essence, I see my role as helping people remember their own innate capacity for healing and wholeness.
Herbal Medicine is an integral part of Chinese Medicine and an exciting way for me to integrate my deep love of the natural world into working with people and helping them on their healing journey. Coaching felt like a natural addition and a powerful way to use the deep space created with acupuncture. Craniosacral dovetails beautifully with acupuncture and the Shamanic work I incorporate holds it all with Love. The integration of these modalities creates a powerful field of transformative healing. You can learn more about these modalities here.
When I’m not in the office with people, or facilitating men’s groups with Council of Fathers, I love to be in the garden growing food, medicine, and flowers, or on the trails (or slopes) with Rachael and my 3 beautiful children. I also love cooking the food we grow and well, dancing.
I look forward to connecting with you!
